Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Captain to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise service staff, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills, good communication abilities, and a strong understanding of restaurant service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage service staff including waiters and stewards

• Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day restaurant operations

• Provide excellent customer service and promptly handle guest complaints

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery

• Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and overall dining area presentation

• Ensure accuracy in order taking, billing, and payments

• Train and guide junior staff to maintain service standards

• Maintain discipline and grooming standards among staff

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Captain / Senior Steward in a restaurant

• Basic communication skills in English

• Good leadership and team management abilities

• Strong customer service orientation

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible to work in shifts

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of POS systems and billing processes

• Basic understanding of food and beverage service standards

• Problem-solving and conflict-handling skills

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
