Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations and team activities.
Greet guests warmly and ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout their visit.
Manage table assignments and reservations efficiently.
Guide and mentor service staff on service sequence, hygiene standards, and guest handling.
Ensure orders are taken correctly and delivered on time; follow up on guest feedback.
Handle guest complaints gracefully and resolve them professionally.
Monitor inventory levels of service-related items and report shortages.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate order delivery.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance are maintained as per brand standards.
Assist in staff training, performance checks, and team motivation.
Prepare daily reports related to operations, service quality, and customer feedback.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (Team Leader / Captain / Sr. Steward).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, polite, and customer service-oriented.
Good command of English and Hindi (local language proficiency is a plus).
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of POS systems, KOT flow, and food safety standards.
Leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team effectively.
