Job Description (JD) for hiring a Restaurant Captain for a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brand:

Position: Restaurant Captain
Location: Delhi Multiple Location
Salary: 15000 - 20000
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in QSR or F&B operations preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day floor operations and ensure smooth service

• Manage and guide service staff during shifts

• Handle guest complaints and ensure excellent customer satisfaction

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and QSR SOP adherence at all times

• Coordinate with kitchen and delivery team for timely order fulfillment

• Maintain order accuracy and speed of service during peak hours

• Assist in inventory checks and daily closing reports

• Train and motivate team members as per brand standards

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Good understanding of QSR service flow

• Ability to handle pressure during high footfall

• Basic computer knowledge for billing and order management
