Key Responsibili es: 1. Outlet Hygiene & Maintenance Clean and sani ze the kiosk area (floor, counter, equipment, utensils) regularly. Follow food safety and hygiene standards as per Basil SOPs. Ensure waste segrega on and proper disposal of garbage. Maintain overall cleanliness of work area throughout the day. 2. Food & Beverage Prepara on Prepare and serve food & beverages as per Basil recipes and por on guidelines. Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and within expiry. Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly. Maintain consistency in quality, taste, and presenta on. 3. Customer Service Greet and assist customers with menu selec on. Provide product knowledge (ingredients, nutri on, offers). Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback politely. Ensure quick and efficient service to minimize wai ng me. 4. Sales & POS Handling Operate POS machine for billing and payments (cash, card, UPI, wallets). Ensure 100% billing for all sales – no unbilled orders. Maintain daily sales records and reconcile cash at end of shi . Promote upselling and add-on sales. 5. Inventory & Stock Management Check daily stock levels and inform Supervisor for replenishment. Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) method for stock usage. Prevent wastage and report any stock variance immediately. Maintain records of inward & outward stock. 6. Compliance & Teamwork Follow all company SOPs and compliance policies. Assist in kiosk opening & closing ac vi es. Coordinate with fellow staff and supervisor for smooth opera ons. Par cipate in training programs and skill upgrades.
