The Kiosk Staff shall be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving products as per Basil standards, managing billing and POS operations, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the kiosk.
Customer Service
Customers shall be greeted politely and attended with a positive attitude.
Orders shall be taken accurately and billing shall be done through the POS system.
Customer queries and complaints shall be handled in a professional and customer-centric manner.
Product Preparation & Serving
Beverages, snacks, and combos shall be prepared as per the recipe book and Basil SOPs.
Proper upselling techniques (combos, add-ons, Basil Pass benefits) shall be followed.
Packaging and serving standards shall be maintained at all times.
Display & Merchandising
Display station shall be set as per SOP with proper arrangement of cups, add-ons, retail products, and menu materials.
The kiosk counter shall be kept neat, clean, and attractive.
Hygiene & Safety
Food safety and hygiene standards (personal grooming, cleaning, sanitization) shall be strictly followed.
Tools, equipment, and workstations shall be cleaned regularly.
Operations & Reporting
Daily stock shall be checked and reported to the Outlet Manager.
Wastage, breakage, or shortages shall be recorded as per process.
Issues with HR, Ops, or system shall be reported through the G-form link.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of billing systems / POS.
Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset.
Team player with attention to detail.
Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
Prior QSR / café / retail food outlet experience could be an added advantage.
Freshers shall also be considered with proper training.
