We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service. The candidate will be responsible for handling floor operations, managing service staff, coordinating with kitchen teams, maintaining service standards, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring smooth dining experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and leadership skills, knowledge of restaurant SOPs, billing, and customer handling, along with the ability to train and motivate the team. Candidates with experience in casual dining or fine dining restaurants will be preferred.
