Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate service staff during shifts

  • Welcome guests, take orders when required, and ensure prompt service

  • Ensure compliance with service standards, SOPs, and hygiene norms

  • Coordinate with kitchen for smooth and timely food delivery

  • Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues immediately

  • Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and service flow

  • Train, guide, and motivate wait staff and new joiners

  • Monitor service timing, quality, and guest feedback

  • Manage shift handovers and daily service briefings

  • Ensure upselling of food and beverages

  • Maintain inventory of service equipment (cutlery, crockery, linen)
