Job Title: Restaurant Captain
We are looking for a Restaurant Captain to join our team at Dough N Dosa and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. In this role, you will supervise service staff, ensure smooth restaurant operations, and maintain high standards of customer service. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining service quality.
Supervise wait staff and ensure proper service standards are followed.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar staff for smooth operations.
Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables and service areas.
Assist in opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
Minimum qualification: 12th
Experience: 1-10 years in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette.
Leadership skills with a customer-focused approach.
