Restaurant Captain

We are looking for a Captain to join our team, Crimson Cup, to provide excellent dining service to the guests. In this role, you will take orders, upsell, serve food and beverages (as requested) and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit. There will be a team of stewards provided. Looking for an energetic, positive and disciplined person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a smile and assist them in seating.

• Have thorough knowledge of the Menu

• Take accurate/correct food and beverage orders on Pet Pooja Captain's app.

• Serve dishes in a timely and courteous manner.

• Maintain the cleanliness of tables and service areas.

• Respond to guest queries or requests.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.

• Set up and clear tables for guests.

• Guide steward

• Upsell the food and beverage items
  

Job Requirement:
They must have good communication skills, basic knowledge of Continental food and beverages, and a customer-friendly attitude. Also, knows how to work on KOT & Orders.

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
