Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the service team and ensure smooth table operations

• Welcome guests and assist in seating, menu explanation and order taking

• Ensure timely service, proper table setup and high guest satisfaction

• Coordinate between kitchen and service staff for accurate order delivery

• Handle guest queries, complaints and special requests professionally

• Train and guide junior staff on service standards and etiquette

• Maintain cleanliness and uphold hygiene and safety protocols

• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and team performance
