Core Responsibilities
Welcome, greet, and bid farewell to guests warmly and professionally.
Handle table reservations, seating, and guest requests efficiently.
Take and serve food and beverage orders according to service standards.
Maintain good knowledge of the menu and assist guests with selections.
Communicate clearly with guests, staff, and kitchen regarding orders and availability.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness, table setup, and restaurant organization.
Handle POS closing, cash, and card settlements accurately.
Follow hotel brand standards, SOPs, and safety procedures.
Complete daily opening/closing duties, including restocking and inventory checks.
Support and coach junior staff and work effectively with the team.
Perform any other food and beverage duties assigned by the manager.
