Key Responsibilities

• Task Delegation: Assign tasks to employees to ensure a steady workflow. 

• Operations Oversight: Ensure the department or business runs efficiently and complies with company policies and safety regulations. 

• Customer Service: Address customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction during the shift. 

• Inventory and Supplies: Monitor stock levels, place necessary orders, and manage supplies to prevent shortages. 

• Financial Management: Handle tasks related to money, such as balancing the cash register and monitoring daily expenses, depending on the industry. 

• Problem Solving: Resolve issues that arise during the shift, whether they relate to staff, customers, or operations.
