Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Operations
Welcome guests and ensure a warm and memorable dining experience.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining journey and promptly address concerns or complaints.
Ensure all food and beverage service standards are consistently maintained.
Assist guests with menu recommendations and upselling opportunities.
Team Supervision
Supervise and guide Stewards, Trainee Stewards, and other service team members during shifts.
Allocate sections and responsibilities to service staff.
Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational updates to the team.
Train and mentor new team members on service standards, grooming, and SOPs.
Restaurant Coordination
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Monitor table turnover and seating arrangements to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Ensure proper communication between service, kitchen, cashier, and reception teams.
Handle VIP guests and special dining requests professionally.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards are maintained in dining and service areas.
Monitor staff grooming and adherence to company policies.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and restaurant SOPs.
Assist management during audits and inspections.
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain daily shift reports and service records.
Monitor inventory of service equipment and report shortages or damages.
Assist Restaurant Manager/Assistant Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and guest satisfaction goals
