Job Title: Restaurant Captain

Location: Varkala, Kerala
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Supervise and lead the service team, ensuring high standards of hospitality
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for seamless service flow
- Train and mentor staff to maintain service excellence
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Manage table reservations and optimize seating arrangements
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar role
- Strong hospitality background with excellent service knowledge
- Fluent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude
