Restaurant Captain

Position Overview

We are looking for a guest-oriented Restaurant Captain to lead our service team in Karjat, Maharashtra. You will manage daily floor operations, supervise stewards, and ensure a premium dining experience for our local guests and weekend travelers.

Location: Karjat (Near Mumbai), Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service: Greet guests, take accurate orders, recommend menu highlights, and handle feedback professionally.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and guide stewards to maintain high service and grooming standards.
Operations: Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely food delivery and oversee accurate billing via the POS system.
Floor Management: Maintain cleanliness, manage table turnovers, and ensure smooth floor operations during peak weekend rushes.

Requirements

Experience: 2–4 years as a Captain or Senior Steward in a restaurant or resort.
Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and familiarity with restaurant POS software.
