· Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating
· Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
· Serve food and drinks as per service standards

· Clear tables after service and ensure cleanliness
· Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
· Handle guest queries and requests politely
· Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the dining and service areas
· Assist in room service orders when required
