About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Waiters and Captains to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities – Waiter

Greet and serve customers professionally.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Ensure timely and proper serving of food.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area.
Coordinate with the kitchen and restaurant team.
Handle customer requests and provide good service.
Follow restaurant SOPs and service standards.
Assist in table setup and clearing.
Ensure a positive dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities – Captain

Supervise and guide the waiter/steward team.
Ensure smooth restaurant floor operations.
Monitor table service and customer satisfaction.
Take and coordinate customer orders.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments.
Ensure proper grooming, hygiene, and discipline of staff.
Train and guide team members on service standards and SOPs.
Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and overall restaurant presentation.
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.

Eligibility

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply for Waiter positions.
Previous restaurant/hospitality experience preferred for Captain positions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and on holidays.
