• Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations.

• Maintain outlet hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

• Conduct daily briefings and assist in staff training.

• Manage billing and daily closing reports.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Captain / Sr. Steward.

• Strong leadership, communication, and service skills.

• Experience in restaurant or hotel operations.

• Knowledge of POS system preferred.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
