We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to supervise daily floor operations, lead the service team, and ensure an excellent dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and hospitality skills with prior experience in restaurant service.
Supervise and coordinate activities of waiters and stewards during service.
Ensure smooth floor operations and high standards of customer service.
Welcome guests, handle special requests, and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality.
Assist in staff training, briefing, and shift scheduling.
Coordinate with kitchen and billing team for timely order delivery.
Maintain service standards as per company SOPs.
Support upselling of menu items and improve guest satisfaction.
Prepare daily service reports and share feedback with management.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in restaurant service, with 1+ year in a Captain or Senior Steward role.
Strong communication and team-handling skills.
Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
Ability to handle guest complaints calmly and professionally.
Basic understanding of billing/POS systems.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
