Position: Captain

• Location: Sector 131, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

• Experience: Minimum 2-4 Years

• Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month

• Reporting To: Senior Captain

What You'll Be Doing (Your Role):

As a Captain, you'll be the face of our service! You will:

• Lead the Floor: Supervise and motivate a team of service staff to deliver exceptional, five-star guest experiences.

• Guest Relations: Greet and seat guests, take accurate orders, and proactively resolve any guest issues or feedback with a professional demeanor.

• Team Coordination: Ensure smooth communication between the front-of-house and kitchen teams for timely service.

• Operations: Oversee the cleanliness and smooth operation of the dining area and manage daily transactions (cash/card).

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

• Minimum Education: 10th Pass. A culinary/hospitality diploma or degree is a huge plus!

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Captain or in a similar supervisory role.

• Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for customer service. You must be able to handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
