Resort Manager

Location: Various MTDC Resorts across Maharashtra
Experience: 7+ Years
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism Management, or related field

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and dynamic Resort Managers to oversee the overall operations of MTDC resorts across Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient resort operations, revenue growth, team management, and adherence to hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day resort operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security.

• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively.

• Monitor occupancy, room revenue, and overall resort profitability.

• Lead, train, and motivate resort staff to maintain excellent service standards.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and hospitality best practices.

• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with local authorities when required.

• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and MIS reports.

• Implement strategies to improve guest experience, increase revenue, and optimize operational efficiency.

• Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost-control measures.

• Coordinate with corporate management regarding resort performance and business objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Hotel/Resort Operations, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.

• Hospitality/Hotel Management degree is mandatory.

• Experience in resorts, hotels, tourism properties, or hospitality establishments preferred.

• Willingness to relocate and work at any MTDC resort location across Maharashtra.

• Strong focus on customer service and operational excellence.
