Pantry boy

Job Title: Pantry Boy (Banquet / Hotel)

We are hiring pantry boys for our Banquets at Orriva by Awadh, they will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the pantry and kitchen, stocking and organizing supplies, and assisting with food preparation and serving.

Key duties involve washing and prepping ingredients, helping with garnishing and plating, managing inventory, and ensuring all workstations and equipment are clean and sanitized.

Pantry and kitchen maintenance

· Clean and sanitize all work areas, including countertops, floors, and equipment.

· Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the pantry and surrounding kitchen areas.

· Wash dishes, pots, and utensils as needed.

Food and supply management

· Receive, store, and organize food supplies, equipment, and utensils properly.

· Check inventory levels and restock items as required.

· Assist with basic food preparation tasks like washing, peeling, chopping, and grating ingredients.

Assistance and service

· Help chefs and kitchen staff by providing them with needed items.

· Assist with plating and garnishing dishes to ensure they are presentable.

· Serve beverages, such as tea and coffee, to guests and staff.

· Handle food in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to all health department guidelines.

General duties

· Maintain personal hygiene and follow all safety regulations.

· Assist with any other tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and event service.

Job Timings: 11 in Morning to 9 in Evening

Salary Range: 15000 INR to 20000 INR

Job Location: Orriva by Awadh, Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad.

Qualification: Basic Schooling to 10th Pass

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
