The role focuses on driving sales growth, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining brand standards, and providing complete on-ground support to franchise partners. Key Responsibilities• Provide complete operational support to franchise partners and ensure smooth daily functioning of stores. • Drive monthly sales growth and improve profitability of each outlet. • Guide franchisees on ordering, inventory planning, and cost control. • Implement company SOPs, systems, and brand standards across all stores. • Conduct new store launch support and staff training programs. • Train teams on product preparation, hygiene, customer service, and upselling. • Assist franchisees in hiring, onboarding, and team management. • Monitor KPIs such as sales, wastage, food cost, and customer feedback. • Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities. • Conduct audits to ensure cleanliness, safety, and product quality standards. • Travel frequently for store visits and provide on-ground operational support. • Step in to assist café operations or product preparation when required. • Prepare reports and share regular performance updates with management. Eligibility Criteria• Age between 25 to 40 years. • Experience in Hotel, Restaurant, or QSR industry preferred. • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations. • Willingness to travel extensively across cities and states. • Good communication, leadership, and training skills. • Basic computer knowledge for reporting and system handling.
