Position: Kitchen Staff / Steward
Department: Hospital Kitchen / Dietary Services
Location: Rajasthan Hospital
Reports To: Kitchen Supervisor / Dietician / Hospital Management
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Serve food to patients, doctors, and hospital staff as per diet charts
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas
Wash, clean, and properly store utensils and kitchen equipment
Prepare food trolleys and deliver meals to hospital wards on time
Follow hospital food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
Assist kitchen staff in daily food preparation activities
Ensure correct food distribution according to patient diet plans
Handle kitchen equipment carefully and report any damage
Inform the supervisor immediately in case of any issues or shortages
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 8th / 10th pass
Experience in hospital or hotel kitchen preferred (freshers can apply)
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
Good teamwork and communication skills
Physically fit and active
🔹 Working Hours:
Rotational shifts (Day / Night)
