Job Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with daily kitchen preparation.

• Wash, peel, chop, and prepare vegetables and other ingredients.

• Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and workstations.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.

• Receive, store, and organize kitchen supplies.

• Dispose of waste as per hygiene standards.

• Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.

• Follow instructions from the Chef and Kitchen Supervisor.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience as a Kitchen Helper (Freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply).

• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Punctual, hardworking, and a team player.

• Willing to work rotational shifts.
