Kitchen Helper

Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Cleaning Workers to join our facility management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in commercial or residential kitchens, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, equipment and utensils

• Wash dishes, pots, pans and other kitchen tools using proper methods

• Collect and dispose of kitchen waste appropriately

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen hoods, exhaust systems and chimneys

• Refill cleaning supplies and inform supervisors of low stock

• Follow safety and hygiene standards in accordance with company policies

• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning support during busy hours

• Report maintenance issues or hazards immediately to supervisors

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleaning methods

• Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and work in hot/humid conditions

• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and holidays if required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Prior experience in kitchen cleaning is an advantage, but not mandatory

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
