Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, and equipment
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, sinks, drains, and workstations
Assist kitchen staff during food preparation when required
Segregate and dispose of waste as per hygiene and safety standards
Ensure availability of clean utensils and tools at all times
Follow FSSAI, food safety, and hygiene standards
Handle kitchen equipment carefully to avoid damage
Support opening and closing kitchen procedures
Report any maintenance or safety issues to the kitchen in-charge
