  • Assist the momo maker in preparing veg and non-veg momos

  • Help in dough preparation, filling, folding, and steaming momos

  • Cut vegetables and prepare ingredients for daily use

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area

  • Wash utensils and keep cooking equipment clean

  • Pack food orders properly for dine-in and takeaway customers

  • Support stall setup and closing activities

  • Refill stock items and inform seniors about shortages

  • Follow food safety and quality standards

  • Assist other kitchen staff whenever required
