Job Summary

The Kitchen Helper supports the kitchen team in daily food preparation and kitchen operations at the pizza outlet. The role involves assisting pizza chefs, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in basic food preparation such as cutting vegetables, preparing dough ingredients, and arranging toppings

• Support pizza chefs during peak hours

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, workstations, utensils, and equipment

• Wash dishes, trays, and cooking tools

• Ensure proper storage of food items as per hygiene standards

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines

• Assist in receiving and storing raw materials

• Dispose of kitchen waste properly

• Help in opening and closing kitchen activities as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations (preferred, not mandatory)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Physically fit to stand for long hours

Experience

• Freshers can apply

• Prior experience in a pizza outlet, restaurant, or fast-food kitchen is an advantage
