Job Summary
The Chat Associate at Sangam Sweets is responsible for handling customer inquiries through online chat platforms, assisting customers with product information, order placement, delivery queries, and resolving complaints. The role focuses on providing quick, courteous, and accurate responses to ensure excellent customer experience and support online sales.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
Respond to customer queries through live chat, website chat, and messaging platforms.
Provide information about sweets, snacks, gift hampers, pricing, and offers.
Guide customers in selecting products based on their preferences and occasions.
Order Support
Assist customers with placing online orders.
Provide order status updates, delivery timelines, and payment assistance.
Coordinate with the outlet or dispatch team for order processing.
Complaint Handling
Address customer complaints regarding quality, delivery, or service.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
Ensure quick resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge
Maintain updated knowledge about Sangam Sweets products, seasonal items, and special offers.
Inform customers about new launches, festive hampers, and promotions.
Sales Support
Promote combo offers, festive packs, and bulk orders.
Upsell products while interacting with customers.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain chat logs and customer interaction records.
Prepare daily reports on inquiries, orders, and complaints.
Customer Experience
Maintain polite, professional, and friendly communication.
Ensure quick response time and accurate information.
Required Skills
Good written communication skills in English and local languages (Kannada/Hindi preferred)
Basic computer and typing skills
Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
