Manage end-to-end kitchen operations

Ensure food quality, hygiene, and timely order dispatch
Manage inventory, stock control, and minimize wastage
Handle daily cash, petty expenses, and sales reports
Maintain operational checklists, reports, and audits
Ensure all kitchen equipment is functional and well-maintained
Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Supply Chain teams
Plan shift rosters and manage staff attendance
Drive team performance and ensure customer satisfaction
