Assist in food preparation as per standard recipes and hygiene norms
Operate kitchen equipment safely (oven, fryer, griller, etc.)
Pack food orders neatly and accurately as per brand standards
Maintain cleanliness in kitchen area including workstations and utensils
Support timely order dispatch and coordinate with delivery team
Follow safety and hygiene protocols as per FSSAI and company guidelines
Participate in daily briefings and team huddles
Report any inventory shortages or equipment issues to the Shift Manager
Adhere to roster, attendance, and grooming standards
