Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in basic food preparation (e.g., washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients)

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas

• Assist chefs and cooks with meal preparation and plating

• Receive and store food supplies and stock kitchen shelves

• Dispose of garbage and manage recycling or composting as needed

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas

• Follow food safety standards and kitchen hygiene protocols

• Support dishwashing as required

• Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen staff or supervisors
