Multiplex Customer Associate – Job Description
We are looking for a Multiplex Customer Associate to handle the food counter, billing counter, ticket counter, and occasional food service to customers at their seats. The position involves a night shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (9 hours), with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday working compulsory and one weekly off between Monday and Thursday, as per the roster. The total salary package will be ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month, including ₹5,150 in-hand salary, ₹1,900 PF, and performance-based incentives of up to ₹1,800, along with a ₹750 increment after completion of 10 months. Employees are entitled to 18 paid leaves per year, including 7 sick leaves and 7 casual leaves, which can be availed after completing 3 months of service, subject to company policy. Employees will also receive 3 free movie tickets per month. The ideal candidate should be customer-friendly, responsible, punctual, well-groomed, comfortable working night shifts, and willing to work across different multiplex operations.
