Act as a chef assistant during peak hours.
Arrange ingredients, tools, and supplies required for cooking.
Assist in plating or packing as instructed.
Inventory & Stock Management
Assist in daily inventory checking of raw materials and kitchen supplies.
Inform supervisor/chef about low stock or expired items.
Help in proper storage of food items.
Kitchen Closing (Wind-Up Duties)
Ensure complete kitchen wind-up at closing time.
Clean all utensils, counters, gas stoves, and equipment.
Switch off gas, electrical appliances, and ensure kitchen safety before closure.
