Job Description

Prepare and serve Mojitos, Mocktails, Coffee, Cold Coffee, and Shakes as per the standard recipes.
Steam, prepare, and serve Momos while maintaining quality and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, workstations, equipment, and dining area.
Pack takeaway and online orders carefully, ensuring correct items, cutlery, and sauces are included.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Monitor stock levels and inform the manager when ingredients or packaging materials are running low.
Ensure all food and beverages are prepared quickly and consistently.
Wash utensils and keep all equipment clean after use.
Assist in opening and closing the cafe, including daily cleaning and setup.
Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
