Hospitality Kitchen Helper

We are looking for a hardworking, disciplined and reliable Kitchen Helper to support our kitchen team in daily food preparation and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in preparing momos, Chinese, Tibetan and other menu items.

• Wash, cut and prepare vegetables and other ingredients.

• Assist with momo folding, stuffing and other basic food preparation.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment and work areas.

• Follow food safety, hygiene and portion-control standards.

• Assist with receiving, storing and organizing kitchen ingredients.

• Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.

• Keep utensils, equipment and kitchen areas clean and organized.

• Support chefs and other kitchen staff during busy hours.

• Follow instructions from the Kitchen Manager / Chef.

• Perform other kitchen-related duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen/restaurant experience preferred but freshers can also apply.

• Basic understanding of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.

• Hardworking, punctual and physically fit.

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

• Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.

• Positive attitude and disciplined work behavior.

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
