Job Description

Assist chefs and kitchen staff in daily food preparation activities.
Wash, clean, cut, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and work areas.
Support the kitchen team during busy operational hours.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and food items.
Assist in receiving and arranging kitchen supplies when required.
Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain a clean working environment.
Follow instructions given by the Chef, Kitchen Supervisor, or Store Manager.
Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned.
