Key Responsibilities
Assist chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation.
Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables and other ingredients as required.
Assist in basic cooking and food preparation activities.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, workstations, utensils, and equipment.
Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, vessels, and equipment.
Ensure proper storage of raw materials and food items.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Help in receiving, arranging, and storing kitchen supplies.
Support the kitchen team during peak hours to ensure timely order preparation.
Minimize food wastage and use ingredients responsibly.
Dispose of waste properly as per company guidelines.
Follow instructions given by the Chef, Kitchen Supervisor, or Store Manager.
Ensure all assigned kitchen tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
