Dispose of kitchen waste in a safe and hygienic manner.
Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen floors, walls, and ceilings.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is stored properly after cleaning.
Refill and maintain stock of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
Support chefs and kitchen staff in maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.
Follow safety and hygiene protocols as per hotel and government regulations.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Stewarding Supervisor.
Assist in setting up kitchen areas before operations and closing them down after service.
