Job Description – Kitchen Helper (Chopping)
Position: Kitchen Helper – Chopping
Department: Kitchen Operations
Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹13,000 In-Hand per month
Location: Pune
Job Responsibilities:
Wash, peel, cut, and chop vegetables as per kitchen requirements.
Prepare vegetables and basic ingredients before cooking.
Maintain proper chopping size and quality as instructed by the kitchen team.
Keep the chopping and preparation area clean and hygienic.
Properly store chopped vegetables and ingredients.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist kitchen staff with basic preparation work when required.
Maintain cleanliness of knives, chopping boards, and kitchen equipment.
Avoid unnecessary food wastage.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of vegetable cutting and chopping.
Previous kitchen/helper experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Should be disciplined, hygienic, and hardworking.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Salary Range: ₹11,000 – ₹13,000 In-Hand per month.
