Job Description

पद का नाम: किचन हेल्पर / किचन असिस्टेंट

विभाग: फ़ूड प्रोडक्शन

सैलरी बजट: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 प्रति माह

नौकरी का सारांश:-

हम किचन हेल्पर (रसोई सहायक) की भर्ती कर रहे हैं, जो रोज़ाना के किचन के कामों में शेफ़ और कुक की मदद करेंगे। आपको तैयारी का काम, सफ़ाई और बुनियादी सहायता का काम संभालना होगा, ताकि रेस्टोरेंट/क्लाउड किचन/होटल में काम सुचारू रूप से चल सके।

मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ

1. Mise-en-place / तैयारी का काम:-

- शेफ़ के निर्देशों के अनुसार सब्ज़ियाँ धोना, छीलना, काटना और टुकड़ों में बाँटना

- बुनियादी पेस्ट, चटनी, सलाद और मैरिनेशन बनाने में मदद करना

- सामग्री का वज़न करना और उन्हें खाना पकाने की जगहों पर व्यवस्थित करना

2. किचन की सफ़ाई और स्वच्छता:-

- बर्तन, कड़ाही, पतीला, ट्रे आदि धोना और बर्तन धोने की जगह को साफ़-सुथरा रखना

- काम करने की मेज़ें, फ़र्श, दीवारें, एग्ज़ॉस्ट और उपकरणों की रोज़ाना सफ़ाई करना

- कूड़ा-कचरा सही जगह डालना और FSSAI के स्वच्छता मानकों का पालन करना

3. शेफ़ को सहायता देना:-

- काम के व्यस्त समय में कुक को सामग्री देना

- मसालों, तेल, चावल, दाल आदि के डिब्बे फिर से भरना

- डिलीवरी/टेकअवे ऑर्डर के लिए खाना पैक करने में मदद करना

4. भंडारण और इन्वेंट्री:-

- डिलीवरी से आया कच्चा माल उतारना और उसे सही जगह पर रखना

- FIFO (पहले आया, पहले गया) प्रणाली का पालन करना। स्टॉक कम होने पर सुपरवाइज़र को बताना

- फ़्रिज, डीप फ़्रीज़र और स्टोर रूम को व्यवस्थित रखना

5. उपकरणों का संचालन:-

- मार्गदर्शन में मिक्सर, ग्राइंडर, वेट ग्राइंडर, डीप फ़्रायर जैसे उपकरणों का बुनियादी संचालन करना

- यह सुनिश्चित करना कि उपयोग के बाद सभी उपकरण बंद कर दिए गए हैं

आवश्यकताएँ

- योग्यता: कम से कम 8वीं पास। यदि अनुभव है, तो औपचारिक शिक्षा की आवश्यकता नहीं है

- कौशल: मेहनती, किचन की सुरक्षा की बुनियादी समझ, 8-9 घंटे तक खड़े होकर काम करने की क्षमता

- गुण: समय का पाबंद, अनुशासित, टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करने वाला, निर्देशों का पालन करने वाला

- दस्तावेज़: आधार कार्ड, बैंक खाता। यदि उपलब्ध हो, तो हेल्थ कार्ड

सैलरी और फ़ायदे

फ़्रेशर ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/महीना (सब्ज़ी काटना और किचन का बुनियादी काम जानता )

दूसरे फ़ायदे:

- ड्यूटी के दौरान खाना और रहना फ्री

काम करने की शर्तें

- शिफ़्ट: 9-10 घंटे की ड्यूटी। रोस्टर के हिसाब से सुबह/शाम/रात की शिफ़्ट

- हफ़्ते की छुट्टी: 1 दिन (रोटेशनल)
