Job Description

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):

दूध की बोतलों और ड्रम्स को लोड-अनलोड करना
- आने वाले दूध, क्रीम या अन्य डेयरी उत्पादों की बोतलें/ड्रम्स सुरक्षित तरीके से उतारना-चढ़ाना।
- उत्पादों को निर्धारित जगह पर व्यवस्थित करना।
मिल्क मशीनों की सफाई और मेंटेनेंस में सहायता
- दूध से जुड़ी मशीनों, पाइपलाइन और उपकरणों की नियमित सफाई करना।
- मशीन ऑपरेटर के निर्देश अनुसार बेसिक मेंटेनेंस में मदद करना।
प्रोडक्शन स्टाफ को सहायता (Labeling & Packaging)
- विभिन्न दूध/डेयरी उत्पादों की लेबलिंग, पैकिंग एवं सीलिंग में सहयोग करना।
- तैयार उत्पादों को स्टोरेज एरिया तक सुरक्षित पहुँचाना।
हाइजीन और सेफ्टी स्टैंडर्ड का पालन
- कार्यस्थल को साफ-सुथरा रखना।
- फूड सेफ्टी, पर्सनल हाइजीन और कंपनी SOP का पालन करना।
अन्य दैनिक कार्यों में सहायता
- किचन या प्रोडक्शन टीम को आवश्यकतानुसार किसी भी कार्य में सहायता देना।
- वेस्ट मैनेजमेंट और सफाई कार्यों को समय पर पूरा करना।

योग्यता (Requirements):

कम से कम 8वीं/10वीं पास।
शारीरिक कार्य करने की क्षमता (लिफ्टिंग/अनलोडिंग)।
ईमानदार, समयनिष्ठ और जिम्मेदार।
टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करने की क्षमता।
