We are looking for a sincere and hardworking Kitchen Helper / Chef Assistant to support our chef in daily food truck operations. The candidate will assist in food preparation, cleaning, and basic customer service.

This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 – ₹15,000, along with free accommodation, free food, and performance-based incentives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the chef in food preparation (Neer Dosa, seafood dishes, etc.)

• Help in batter preparation and vegetable cutting

• Clean and wash utensils during and after service

• Maintain kitchen and food truck cleanliness

• Help in serving food and taking customer orders when required

• Support in stock handling and basic kitchen setup

• Follow proper food hygiene and safety standards

🔹 Shift Timing:

• Morning: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Evening: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Saturday: Weekly Off

• Sunday: Evening Shift Only

• Minimum qualification: Basic education (10th pass preferred)

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
