Daily Kitchen Operations

• Oversee all kitchen activities and ensure smooth workflow.

• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of all menu items.

• Allocate tasks and monitor staff performance.

2. Food Preparation & Quality Control

• Ensure dishes are prepared as per company standards and recipes.

• Maintain high food quality, taste, and presentation.

• Conduct regular tasting sessions and quality checks.

3. Staff Supervision & Training

• Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance.

• Train new and existing staff on food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards.

• Maintain discipline and teamwork in the kitchen.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels of raw materials, spices, and supplies.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

• Coordinate with the purchase team for timely procurement.

• Reduce wastage and manage cost control.

5. Hygiene & Safety Compliance

• Ensure the kitchen meets all hygiene and sanitation standards.

• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.

• Ensure staff follow grooming and safety protocols.

6. Equipment Maintenance

• Monitor kitchen equipment functioning and request repairs when needed.

• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of all appliances.

7. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with the service team for smooth order flow.

• Update management on daily operations, issues, and requirements.

• Handle kitchen-related escalations promptly

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
