A Cloud Kitchen Helper will assist the kitchen team in daily food preparation activities such as washing, cutting, and preparing vegetables and raw materials. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment as per food safety standards and company SOPs. The helper will support senior kitchen staff during operations, assist in mise-en-place, help with stock organization, and ensure FIFO/FEFO and expiry date compliance. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions properly, and be comfortable with rotational shifts.
