Assist in preparation of continental dishes (cutting, chopping, marination, sauces, etc.)
Support senior chefs during service and prep hours
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and kitchen area
Follow food safety, hygiene (FSSAI), and sanitation standards
Store food items properly as per FIFO guidelines
Assist in receiving and checking raw materials
Ensure proper use and care of kitchen tools and equipment
Handle basic cooking under supervision
Dispose kitchen waste as per standard procedures
