Hospitality Kitchen Helper

We are looking for a Kitchen Helper to join our team at Bhoomi to provide excellent dining service to the guests. In this role, you will take orders, serve food and beverages as requested and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 and a friendly work environment.

Kitchen Helpers will support the kitchen team in food preparation, cleaning, organization, and day-to-day kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist cooks and kitchen staff with daily food preparation.

Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables and other ingredients as instructed.

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, work areas, utensils, and storage areas.

Assist with receiving, arranging, and storing kitchen ingredients.

Keep raw materials and kitchen supplies properly organized.

Support cooks during busy service periods.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.

Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning when required.

Minimize food wastage and handle ingredients carefully.

Perform other kitchen-support duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. They must have good communication skills, basic knowledge of food and beverages, and a customer-friendly attitude.

Job timings :

Early morning shift - 05:00AM to 03:00PM

Morning Shift - 11:00AM to 08:00PM

Mid Day shift: 01:00PM to 11:00PM
