We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Chef Support to assist our culinary team in daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, disciplined, and ready to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment alongside experienced chefs. 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
👨‍🍳 Assist head chefs and line cooks in food preparation and basic cooking tasks
🥗 Handle chopping, peeling, and cutting vegetables and meats
🍳 Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
🧼 Wash utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment as needed
📦 Help in stock management and ingredient organization
🔥 Support during peak hours and ensure smooth kitchen operations
🧽 Follow all food safety and sanitation standards strictly
🎓 Requirements:
✅ Prior experience in a professional kitchen (preferred but not mandatory)
✅ Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and tools
✅ Willingness to learn and grow under experienced chefs
✅ Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
✅ Strong teamwork and communication skills
