Key Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs in basic food preparation such as cleaning, cutting, and prepping ingredients.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and workstations.

• Wash dishes, containers, and kitchen equipment.

• Ensure proper storage of food items as per safety standards.

• Support in packing and arranging food orders for delivery.

• Dispose of kitchen waste properly and follow sanitation guidelines.

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.

• Assist in receiving and storing raw materials.

• Perform any other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
